OUR FLORENTINES

The two faces of Florentine
The Florentines are cookie-shaped, made of crushed almonds and tiny bits of candied fruits & orange strips in a thin layer of soft caramel on a bed of dark chocolate.

Their composition is as follow:

  • Chocolate: Cocoa paste 55%, sugar, lecithin, vanillin
  • Caramel: Sugar, cream, almonds, butter, glucose, honey, natural flavours, raisins, candied orange strips 5%, candied fruits, flour.
