Our collection consists of six boxes, filled with an assortment of "Ganaches" (about 40%), "Pralinés"
(about 40%), "Almond pastes" and some other Specialities (about 20%).
You may also order a personalised composition if you tell us your wishes in "Message for ROY" while
placing your order.
In Dark and Dark-Milk assortments, boxes are filled with:
140g: 15 chocolates of 13 different flavours
250g: 24 chocolates of 12 different flavours
400g: 38 to 40 chocolates of 18 different flavours
550g: 53 to 55 chocolates of 19 different flavours
800g: 77 to 80 chocolates of 21 different flavours
1100g: 107 to 110 chocolates of 25 to 27 different flavours
The richness of these assortments is always very appreciated.

the composition of the other layers.

COMPOSITION OF OUR CHOCOLATES |

Our chocolates are made with the following products:
- Dark Chocolate: cocoa paste (67/70%), sugar (33/30%), lecithin and vanillin (less than 1%)
- Milk Chocolate: cocoa paste (32%), sugar (37%), whole powdered milk (31%), lecithin and vanillin (less than
1%)
- Ganaches: dark chocolate paste, sugar, butter, and natural flavours (coffee, vanilla, caramel, candied
ginger and ginger syrup, syrup of violet, honey, pistachio, rum, raisins, whisky)
- Pralinés: almonds, hazelnuts, sugar and, sometimes, coffee
- Almond paste, Almond and pistachio or Walnut paste: almonds, pistachios, walnuts, sugar
- Orangettes: candied orange strips, dark chocolate, caramelised hazelnut bits
- Other varieties: nougatine, caramel, nougat, toasted walnuts or almonds, pistachios
