The traditional Christmas delicacies are being prepared now. To make sure we all know the classic ones, ROY chocolatier is offering you a world tour of Christmas cakes and chocolates!

It is time to go back to school with many chocolates, a lot of new items and some nice stories to appreciate. After a sunny summer rest, a nice month of September, it is time to review our lessons.

Last Thursday, October 1st, was a very special day for ROY chocolatier: it was the World Chocolate and Cocoa Day! A whole day to pay tribute to this little bean, source of great gourmets happiness: was it not logical to celebrate it once a year?

A summer in South of France, without cicadas and crickets is not a real summer for some of us. They are right eventually: Hoo “peuchère” it’s nice to enjoy the warmth of Provence, the beautiful countryside of Aix-en-Provence, the song of the cicadas… and a delicious calisson!

This year, it is certain we will spend our holidays on the chocolate island! Surrounded by cacao trees, we will relax, get fresh ideas on these greedy islands and take some rest one of their incredibly beautiful beaches. You don’t seem to believe us? Nevertheless these islands do exist!

The history of chocolate conquering France is a beautiful love story. Since its introduction to the court, chocolate became a must to all French palaces. An adventure that continues today, as French chocolate has been a reference of quality throughout the world.
