Jams With No Added Sugar
Our home-made jams with no added sugar are made with maltitol, a natural substance from wheat. As maltitol is poorly absorbed by the intestines and has very little effect on blood sugar levels, these jams are recommended for all people who wish to limit their sugar intake, particularly for people with diabetes.
Creamy and tasty, it is very difficult to distinguish these jams with no added sugar from traditional jams. It is therefore possible to enjoy a good spread of jam every morning even if you are diabetic !
