Blackcurrant Jelly With No Added Sugar

Our sugar free jams are handmade. They are cooked in copper basins according to an original manufacturing process with 68% fruit, which gives them real scents and flavors. They are as unctuous as our traditional jams and made with maltitol. Maltitol is a substitute of sugar made from cereals. It has a taste similar to sugar and has three advantages: low glycemic, low calorific and non-cariogenic. Jam with maltitol is suitable for diabetic persons (type 1 or type 2) or any people who need to follow a strict diet.
