The chardon is a traditional French chocolate that consists in encapsulating an alcohol syrup in a white chocolate shell. The color of the chardon determines the type of alcohol present inside. Made by our craftsman from Lorraine, the exceptional taste of these chardons is as much due to the quality of the chocolate as to the choice of alcohols used to best blend with the chocolate.
The boxes are made with an assortment of 7 alcohols: Cognac (orange), Marc de Bourgogne (blue), Raspberry (pink), Kirsch (white), Plum (purple), Pear (green) and Mirabelle plum (yellow).
