Kiwi and Lemon – La Henri IV
One wonders why it is so rare to find a kiwi-lemon jam when it is so famously mixed! This original association between the kiwi from the Adour région in the Pyrenées and lemon is slightly tart, and will find its success on a nice slice of bread as well as in a good fromage blanc.
