Chocolates and sweets with Maltitol: perfect for sugar-free diets
Sugar is replaced by Maltitol, wich does not denature chocolate taste. Studies show that maltitol has a lower glycemic index than regular sugar. It helps reducing sugar absorption and is advised for persons who suffer from diabete (always take the advice of a doctor) or are under diet and who would enjoy delicious chocolate.
